IMPORTANT!
An exclusive contract for outbound shipping services has been awarded to UPS. This contract is a result of a competitive bid process.
As a result, all campus departments are now required to ship outgoing packages exclusively with UPS until further notice.
Campus departments may ship items via FedEx IF the shipping charges are billed to the recipient or a third-party FedEx account.

HOW TO PREPARE FEDEX SHIPMENTSYour outgoing FedEx shipments can be picked up by Campus Mail Service along with your regular outgoing mail. Shipments should be kept separate from all other mail and be accompanied by a completed FedEx Airbill. Departments may also call FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx to have shipments picked-up from their location.
NOTE: Departments are responsible for adequately packaging their goods and properly filling-out the FedEx airbill. If a shipper omits the number of packages and/or weight per package, FedEx billing will be based on their best estimate of the number of packages they receive and/or an estimated "default" weight per package as determined by FedEx. Customers should also select the service they would like. A failure to do so could result in the shipment being processed as Priority Overnight.
REMINDER: Campus Mail Service only handles outgoing FedEx shipments where shipping charges are billed to a recipient or third-party FedEx account.
