Sending Outbound US Post Office Mail
Students, faculty, staff, and visitors may send outbound mail/packages by visiting one of our customer service windows at the Campus Mail Service Center. The center sells postage, including rolls/books of stamps, as well as envelopes and packaging items. Outbound mail is transferred daily from the Campus Mail Service Center to the University’s main mail center operation for entry into the United States Postal Service mail stream. Outbound items that are brought to the Campus Mail Service Center after 3:00 PM will not be entered into the mail stream until the following business day.

Shipping Outbound UPS and/or FedEx
The Campus Mail Service Center does not offer processing of personal outbound UPS and FedEx shipments. However, as a courtesy, students, faculty, and staff who wish to ship personal UPS and FedEx packages may drop-off their prepaid shipments to a customer service associate at the Campus Mail Service Center.

All packages are transferred daily from the Campus Mail Service Center to the University’s main mail center operation and then picked-up by the appropriate carrier. Outbound items that are brought to the Campus Mail Service Center after 3:00 PM will not be entered into the package stream until the following business day.

NOTE: This service is for packages being sent to domestic destinations only. International shipments require that you visit an authorized UPS or FedEx shipping outlet, such as The UPS Store or a FedEx Office location.
