Hours, Location, and Parking

  • Parking

    Limited parking is available in front of the building. The red-striped parking spaces are paid parking that can be accessed through the Park Mobile app Most visits to the Passport Acceptance Facility are 30 minutes or less.

InfoThe UA Passport Acceptance Facility will be closed from Monday, March 10 through Friday, March 14 following the UA Spring Break schedule.

The Passport Acceptance Facility will close at 11am on Friday, March 7 to ensure all passports received are executed and shipped before the break. Normal operations will resume on Monday, March 17 at 9 am.

Tips

    • Have your required documents sent to you now if you don’t already have them! This may involve contacting the health department where you were born to purchase an “original” birth certificate.
    • Passports expire in 10 years (for adults).
    • Some countries require that your passport be valid for a period of time before (or after) you travel there. Always look up the specific requirements before you book your travel.
    • When traveling (particularly on a cruise) do not let them stamp your book as a souvenir. This invalidates your passport for travel.
