Business Reply Mail (BRM) is a service provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) that enables a sender to provide a recipient with a convenient, prepaid method for replying to a mailing. Providing a prepaid reply envelope or postcard may increase the chances of receiving a reply. Departments must use specially printed return envelopes that list their FOAP to utilize the BRM service. Departments are only charged the associated postage and BRM fees for mail that is returned.
