The Student Organization Mail & Package Service allows registered UA student organizations to receive mail and packages on-campus through Campus Mail Service. Organizational packages will be placed in the lockers inside the Student Center allowing access 24/7. Packages that cannot be delivered to these parcel lockers as well as letter mail will be available for pick up from the Campus Mail Service Center during operational hours. Organizations must authorize at least one, and up to three, persons to collect mail and packages from the Campus Mail Service Center.
Service Costs:
- Full Year (12 months from Aug 15 through Aug 14) – $240
- Academic Year (9 months from Aug 15 through May 15) – $180
- Summer Only (3 months from May 15 through Aug 14) – $60
Once approved, the Organization will be sent the Organization’s Mail Stop Code (MSC) which must be included in the address on all mail and packages received for the Organization.

Campus Mail does NOT accept freight or local deliveries such as Spark or Instacart. All mail and packages must come through USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Please note: This service is not available to on-campus Greek houses as full mail and package service including delivery is offered to these organizations.

Yes - Student Organization with an active mail and package account over the summer are able to sign up for and us the Summer Storage Program.

Once your organization has registered and paid for the Student Organization Mail & Package Service it can take up to 3 business days for the Mail Stop Code to be created. During that time packages or mail cannot be collected but will not be returned to the sender.
All mail is kept for 30 days before being returned to the sender. Packages are kept for a total of 15 days before being returned. Packages that are placed in parcel lockers are available in the locker for 5 days and, if not collected, will be available for 10 days at the Campus Mail Service Center. For Organizations that do not subscribe to service during the summer, all uncollected mail and packages will be returned May 15.
Each organization must provide at least one, but no more than three members authorized to collect mail and packages from the Campus Mail Service Center.
For items placed in parcel lockers, an email will be sent to the authorized members that includes the retrieval code to enter into the locker.
For letter mail, each authorized member that was provided will receive an email stating that the organization has mail available. A reminder email is sent weekly until the mail is collected.
For packages, each authorized member that was provided will receive an email stating that the organization has a package available. If the item is stored in a parcel locker, the locker location and code are included. Reminder emails are sent until the package is returned to the sender in 15 days or collected.
Once collected, a delivery email is sent to confirm the items have been collected.
