In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr holiday, all Campus Mail locations will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16, 2023.

Campus Mail Service will be closed from 11 am – 1 pm on Tuesday, Nov 15 for training and development.
During this time the Departmental Mail Center will not be open for department mail collections, the UA Fingerprinting & Passport Facility will be closed, and the Campus Mail Service Center will not be open for student package pick up or outbound shipping. Normal operations will resume at 1 pm.

Campus Mail Service facilities will be closed on Nov 9 & Nov 10, from 12 pm – 1 pm.

Mailstop Fees Increasing
Annual fees for department mailstop rentals will increase from $375 to $385 and for Greek mailstops from $425 to $435. Box holders that need to update their account information or account this fee is charged to (FOAP) will need to complete the Mailstop Profile Update. The new rate increase will be effective immediately for the fiscal year 2023 and billing will occur in December 2022.
To meet deadlines for the end of the fiscal year, Campus Mail will suspend all retail sales from 12pm-5pm on Friday, Sept 30. During this time period, there will be no passport services available and the Campus Mail Service Center will not sell any retail items or shipping services. Mail routes and fingerprinting will be NOT be affected. Additionally, the Campus Mail Service Center will still be open for package collection and pre-paid shipping drop off.
Normal operations will resume Monday, October 3.

The off-campus mail service fee originally planned to begin this semester has been delayed. No fee will be assessed this semester, and no action is required at this time.
