When you receive a box bearing the Greenbox label, simply empty the package contents and then flatten
the box for easy pick-up by your Mail Delivery Clerk.

Once the box has been flattened, simply place the box
at your mailstop location for pick-up by your Mail Delivery Clerk. Flattened boxes are picked-up on the next mail run.

The University of Alabama receives and sends packages each day, which means we use many boxes and we know that has an environmental impact. By saving slightly used boxes and reusing them, we can reduce our environmental impact and support the University’s sustainability efforts.
